We will do our very best to make the ordering process as easy
as we can. We do however, need some important information from
you regardless of how you order. Please remember to always include
a phone number and time to call since we will always confirm orders
if they are being shipped to someone else. We also only take credit
card numbers over the phone/fax/mail. While everyone seems to
trust the WWW they still don't like sending credit card numbers
on-line. We will also confirm your order via E-Mail if you wish.
The Easiest:
Just call us at (908) 879-5121 and we'll do all the work. If we're
not in, farming takes a lot of time you know, leave a number and
we will call you right back. Nothing could be simpler.
Almost As Easy:

and just tell us what you want and how you want to pay. On faxes
you can include your credit card info with your first order and
we'll keep it on file. We take Master Card, Visa, American Express
and COD (extra charge for COD). We also extend credit terms to
business, corporations and to individuals who live in our local
area, at no extra charge.
Pretty Easy:
Complete the attached form and mail, fax or pony express it to
us and we'll do the rest.
Gift Baskets:
There is a $4.50 per basket extra charge
for gift baskets per each address/individual shipped to. If we
send more than one basket to the same address/person the charge
is only $4.50 regardless of the number of baskets. Since we can
pack more than one basket in a box there is no reason to charge
you more. If you're sending 10 baskets to ten different addresses
the additional charge is $4.50 each. Confused? --We sometimes
get that way too-- So, just give us a call, fax, E-Mail or smoke
signal and we'll work it out.
Gift Cards:
We are happy to include a card with any basket or item at no additional
charge BUT please write clearly so we (and maybe you) don't look
silly. If you enclose a card with the order we would be glad to
include it or we will use one of ours. We have many in stock (there
on our computer) so we can express just about any occasion, holiday
or event. Our precocious 11 year old Cait does all of the cards
and she's pretty clever at getting just the right thought across.
She likes the humorous ones the best so let her know if you like
funny cards.
Shipping:
We are not in the shipping business but I sometimes wonder if
we're not. We don't try to make money on shipping and we charge
the actual rate for shipping and packaging/insurance on all our
credit card and credit term orders. The shipping chart reflects
our Maximum charge for the 48 contiguous states. In many
cases your cost will be less. For our business customers and others
we are happy to charge directly to your shipper account. Just
send the number along with the order and we'll do the rest.
Other Information:
We're committed to customer service and we will be glad to accommodate
you in any way we can. Orders where we don't have enough information
we will try to reach you but with voice mail and schedules we're
not always successful. We will try to use our best judgment so
that you're not disappointed. On coffee orders we will assume,
unless otherwise noted, that you want whole bean coffee. If you're
an existing customer we will, unless otherwise noted, ship your
coffee, ground or whole bean, the same as your last order.
We like hearing from you and we'll be glad to answer any questions
we can. Lots of folks share some really great information concerning
products we should carry and questions concerning coffee and tea's.
